  • Pizza Sauce (CK Recipe)
    • Mozzarella Cheese
    • Sucuk (Sliced)
    • Butter (for brushing)
    Garnish
  • Oregano
    Procedure
    300 grams
    100 grams (2 tablespoon)
    250 grams
    100 grams (16-20 pieces)
    5 grams
    5 grams
  • Roll the dough to make a round sheet i.e. 32 cm diameter
  • Spread pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese
    • Place sucuk on top and bake in oven
    • Brush edges with butter, cut into 8 portions and serve on wooden
    platter
