    Garnish
  • Lemon Wedges
    • Parsley (string)
    Procedure
    100 grams (425 grams) 120 grams (430 grams)
    1 pieces
    10 grams
    • Divide dough into 4 equal portions (1 order = 4 mini lahmacun)
    • Roll each dough to make a thin round sheet of 12 cm diameter
  • Spread lahmacun meat on each sheet and bake in oven
    • Finish with garnishing and serve on wooden platter
