    40 grams (2 pieces)

    • LavashSpicy Bread (Grilled) 60 grams
    Procedure
    • Make 2 skewers, each with 5 lamb shish pieces and 1 fat piece
  • Grill to internal temperature of 75*C and above for food safety
    • Finish with garnishing and serve on wooden plate
