Beyti Kebab

  • Spicy Bread (Grilled)
    • Yogurt (Strained)
    Garnish
  • Iskender Sauce
  • green Chili (Grilled)
    • Red chili ( Grilled)
    • Pine nuts
    Procedure
    150 grams
    5 grams
    1 piece
    150 grams
    50 grams
    1 piece (cut into 4 slices)
    1 piece (cut into 4 slices)
    3 grams
    • Mix pine nuts with Urfa meat and make one skewer, 30 cm long
  • Grill to internal temperature of 75*C and above for food safety
  • Wrap the cooked kebab with spicy bread and cut into 7 pieces
    • Spread strained yogurt in the middle of plate and place beyti kebab
    pieces around it
  • Finish with garnishing and serve on dinner plate
