Ingredients
• Baby Spinach (Chopped) 30 grams
• Frisee Lettuce (Chopped) 40 grams
• Lollo Rosso (Chopped) 30 grams
• Tomato (Cubed) 150 grams
• Cucumber (Sliced) 100 grams
• Salt 2 grams
• Corn Kernels 50 grams
• Shish Tavuk Chicken 150 grams (2 skewers, 5 pieces each)
• Pomegranate Sauce 20 ml.
• Olive Oil 20 ml.
Garnish
Lemon ( wedge ) 1 piece ( 20 grams )
Procedure
• Mix all ingredients except pomegranate sauce, olive oil, chicken and
garnish
• Put it in salad bowl and top with pomegranate sauce, olive oil, corn and
grilled chicken skewers
• Finish with garnishing
