    • Spicy Lavash Bread
    Procedure
    1 piece
    2 grams
    1 quarter piece
  • Mix the meat and distribute into 3 flat koftas, each 80 grams and
    10 cm in diameter
    • Grill to internal temperature of 75*C and above for food safety
  • Place it on dinner plate with bread underneath and garnishing on
    side
