• Mix pine nuts with Urfa meat and make one skewer, 30 cm long - Grill to internal temperature of 75*C and above for food safety
- Wrap the cooked kebab with spicy bread and cut into 7 pieces
• Spread strained yogurt in the middle of plate and place beyti kebab
pieces around it - Finish with garnishing and serve on dinner plate
