  • Pomegranate Sauce

    150 grams
    40 grams
    30 grams
    20 ML
    • In small mezza plate, make layers of Zaatar leaves 20g then
    pomegranate seeds 75 g, then Zaatar leaves 20g and then pomegranate
    seeds 75g.
    • Top it with pomegranate sauce and pistachios
    • Finish with garnishing
