Tavuk Sote

Ingredients
• Boneless Chicken Strips
• Red Capsicum (Julienned)

  • Green Capsicum (Julienned)
    • Tomato (Chopped)
    • Onion (Chopped)
    • Butter
  • Garlic (Fine Chopped)
    • Black Pepper Powder
  • Salt
  • Dry Zaatar
    • Iskender Sauce
    • Cummin
    • Anibahar
    Garnish
  • Parsley
    • Bread (Arabic)
    Procedure
    300 grams (1 small bowl)
    100 grams (1/2 small bowl)
    100 grams (1/2 small bowl)
    100 grams

    1 pinch / 5 grams

    150 grams (1 small bowl)

    • Sauté boneless chicken strips with butter and once half
    cooked, add garlic, onion and spices
  • Add julienned capsicums and cook for 1 more minute
    • Add tomatoes and cook it for 2 more minutes while stirring
    continuously
    • Then add Iskender sauce and stir until it comes to boil

    • Serve on deep hot plate and finish with garnishing
