• Sauté shirmp with butter and once half cooked, add garlic, onion
and spices - Add julienned capsicums and cook for 1 more minute
• Add tomatoes and cook it for 2 more minutes while stirring
continuously - Serve on hot plate with cup of rice in middle and finish with
garnishing
