Procedure
• Make 2 flat skewers from Urfa meat and eggplant cubes - Each skewer with 3 small koftas of Urfa meat, each kofta 30 grams
and 4cm long
• Each skewer with 4 cubes of eggplant, each 20 grams and 4cm long - Grill to internal temperature of 75*C and above for food safety
• Finish with garnishing and serve on wooden plate
