Procedure
150 grams
250 grams
2 pinches
1 piece - Roll the dough to make a thin oval sheet i.e. 40 cm long and 25 cm
wide - Spread lahmacun meat on the sheet and bake in oven
- Cut into 6 portions, finish with garnishing and serve on wooden
platter
