Ingredients
• Dough

  • Lahmacun Meat (CK Recipe)
    Garnish
  • Parsley (Chopped)
    • Lemon Wedge
    Procedure
    150 grams
    250 grams
    2 pinches
    1 piece
  • Roll the dough to make a thin oval sheet i.e. 40 cm long and 25 cm
    wide
  • Spread lahmacun meat on the sheet and bake in oven
  • Cut into 6 portions, finish with garnishing and serve on wooden
    platter
