1 piece - Roll the dough to make a thin oval sheet i.e. 40 cm long and 25 cm
wide - Spread lahmacun meat on the sheet and bake in oven
- After baking, cut into 6 portions and place mix cabbage and tomato
- Then place beef doner, in line form, in center of lahmacun and
then pour garlic mayo sauce - Finish with garnishing and serve on wooden platter
