• Cover the potato with aluminum foil and bake in electric oven at 230*C for
30 minutes - Keep it in hot cabinet as prep for order
- When order comes, take out potato and cut in middle lengthwise
- Put 1 tablespoon melted butter and 20 grams cheese inside and mix with
soft potato interior using spoon - Mix mayonnaise, carrots and peas and take 1 tablespoon of this mix and
spread inside potato
• Then put pickled cucumbers, olives and corn - Sauté chicken in butter with salt and then put it in the potato
- Top with 100 grams cheese and bake in wood oven for 10-12 minutes
- Serve in oval hot plate placed on top of dinner plate
