Kumpir With Chicke

Ingredients

• Mayonnaise

  • Carrots (Small Cubed)
    • Green Peas
    • Pickled Cucumber (Sliced)
  • Black Olives (Sliced)
    • Corn Kernels
  • Chicken (Sliced)
    • Butter
  • Salt
  • Mozarella Cheese
    Procedure
    650-750 grams

    1 cup (120 grams)
    • Cover the potato with aluminum foil and bake in electric oven at 230*C for
    30 minutes
  • Keep it in hot cabinet as prep for order
  • When order comes, take out potato and cut in middle lengthwise
  • Put 1 tablespoon melted butter and 20 grams cheese inside and mix with
    soft potato interior using spoon
  • Mix mayonnaise, carrots and peas and take 1 tablespoon of this mix and
    spread inside potato
    • Then put pickled cucumbers, olives and corn
  • Sauté chicken in butter with salt and then put it in the potato
  • Top with 100 grams cheese and bake in wood oven for 10-12 minutes
  • Serve in oval hot plate placed on top of dinner plate
