- Mozzarella Cheese (Grated)
• Chicken/Beef Doner Meat (Sliced) - Green Capsicum (Chopped)
• Red Capsicum (Chopped)
• Tomato (Chopped)
• Laban with Water (for brushing) 5 grams - Butter (for brushing)
• Sesame Seeds (white/black mix) 5 grams
Garnish - Parsley (Chopped)
• Sesame seeds
Procedure

5 grams - Roll the dough to make a long sheet i.e. 60 cm long and 20 cm wide
- Mix cheese, doner, capsicums and tomato and spread on the sheet
and turn edges inside from width side to close the pide from top - Brush with laban/water mix, sprinkle sesame seeds and make 3
small cuts to let steam out - After baking, brush edges with butter and diagonally cut into 7-8
portions, top with parsley and serve on wooden platter
