• Adana Meat (CK Recipe)

• If customer asks for non-spicy, only use Urfa meat (400 grams)
• Tortilla Bread

  • Tomato Wedges
  • Long Chili Pepper
    • Onion Wedges
    Procedure

    • Mix Urfa and Adana meat and flat it to make a round 20cm sheet
  • Place it on Kagit plate with butter paper and top it with tomato
    wedges and chili pepper
  • Bake in oven and once cooked, place it inside half folded tortilla
    bread and serve in dinner plate
