Garnish - Lollo Rosso Leaves
• Tartar Sauce
Procedure
300 grams (4 pieces)
1 pinch

1 small bowl - Marinate prawns with all ingredients and leave for 2 hours in chiller
before use - Put prawns flat on grill clamp and lock the clamp
- Grill to internal temperature of 75*C and above for food safety
• Finish with garnishing and serve on dinner plate
