Side dish

  • French fries
  • Fresh juice
  • Ketchup & Mayonnaise
    Procedure
    1 piece/300 grams
    150 grams
    1 glass
    1 steel ramekin each
  • Put it flat on grill clamp and lock the clamp
  • Grill to internal temperature of 75*C and above for food
    safety
  • Finish with garnishing and serve on dinner plate
