• 1 Skewer of Customer Choice (Adana, Urfa, Lamb Shish, Tavuk Shish)
• Tortilla Bread

  • Chili Paste (CK Recipe)
    • Onion (Sliced)
    • Tomato (Sliced)
    • Parsley (Chopped)
    • Lemon Juice
    Garnish
  • Lemon (Wedges)

  • Grilled Long Chili Pepper (Whole)
    • Grilled Tomato (Quarter)
    Procedure

  • Brush chili paste on tortilla and grill the tortilla 30 seconds each
    side
  • Mix onion, tomato, lemon juice and parsley and spread on grilled
    tortilla
  • Place grilled skewer of customer’s choice and roll the tortilla
  • Wrap with foil and serve with garnishing
