• Sauté tenderloin strips with butter and once half cooked, add
garlic, onion and spices - Add julienned capsicums and cook for 1 more minute
• Add tomatoes and cook it for 2 more minutes while stirring
continuously
• Then add Iskender sauce and stir until it comes to boil - Serve on deep hot plate and cover with bread
