4 rings - French Fries (250 grams raw) 1 perforated bowl (200 grams cooked)
- Ketchup, Chili Sauce & Mayonnaise
Procedure
• Mix all ingredients except steak and onion to prepare marination - Cut tender loin steak into thin slices and mix thoroughly in marination
- Marinate for 06 hours in chiller before use
- Grill steak to internal temperature as per customer choice
• Grill onion and mix with grilled steak and serve with sides on wooden
platter
