1 piece - Roll the dough to make a thin oval sheet i.e. 40 cm long and 25 cm
wide - Spread lahmacun meat on the sheet and bake in oven
- After baking, place chicken doner, in line form, in center of
lahmacun - Place mix cabbage and tomato next to beef doner and then pour
garlic mayo sauce - Cut into 5 portions, finish with garnishing and serve on wooden
platter
