Chicken Lahmacun Durum

  • Lahmacun Meat (CK Recipe)
    • Chicken Doner
  • Mix Cabbage (Julienned)
  • Tomato (Sliced)
    • Garlic Mayo Sauce

    Garnish
  • Lemon Wedge
    Procedure
    160 grams
    250 grams

    20 grams (2-3 pieces)

  • Roll the dough to make a thin oval sheet i.e. 40 cm long and 25 cm
    wide
  • Spread lahmacun meat on the sheet and bake in oven
  • After baking, place chicken doner, in line form, in center of
    lahmacun
  • Place mix cabbage and tomato next to beef doner and then pour
    garlic mayo sauce
  • Cut into 5 portions, finish with garnishing and serve on wooden
    platter
