Chicken Iskender Kebab

• Chicken Doner (Sliced)
• Yogurt (Strained)
• Soup Bread Croutons
• Iskender Sauce (CK Recipe)
• Butter
Garnish

  • Grilled Long Chili Pepper (Whole)
    • Grilled Tomato (Quarter)
    Procedure
    180 grams
    150 grams
    50 grams (12-15 pieces)

  • Place strained yogurt on one corner of Iskender platter
  • Sauté bread croutons in 1 tablespoon of butter and then spread on
    remaining part of Iskender platter
  • Spread chicken doner on top of sautéed bread croutons and top it
    with Iskender sauce and 1 tablespoon of melted butter
  • Finish with garnishing, put cover of Iskender platter and serve
