1 piece - Place strained yogurt on one corner of Iskender platter
- Sauté bread croutons in 1 tablespoon of butter and then spread on
remaining part of Iskender platter - Spread chicken doner on top of sautéed bread croutons and top it
with Iskender sauce and 1 tablespoon of melted butter - Finish with garnishing, put cover of Iskender platter and serve
