Chef Mustafa Demirhan, born in 1964 in Istanbul, began his culinary journey at the age of 14 in Sarıyer restaurants along the Bosphorus. Over the years, he dedicated himself to perfecting his skills in the culinary arts, earning certifications in over ten management topics related to food art and preparation.

After graduating from Anadolu University in 2003, Chef Demirhan gained expertise in various culinary techniques and a wide range of world cuisines. He initially worked in local restaurants across Turkey, learning under the guidance of the country’s top chefs. His reputation for excellent preparation of diverse cuisines led to invitations for culinary positions abroad, where he impressed celebrities in Europe, Hollywood, the US, and Canada.

Despite being married with two children, Chef Demirhan continues to travel, exploring new places and savoring dishes from around the world. He enjoys meeting new people and has appeared on television programs discussing world cuisines. As the executive chef at Turkish Village & Restaurant since its launch in March 2013, Chef Demirhan is instrumental in developing the restaurant’s menu, ensuring it showcases the finest culinary offerings from all regions of Turkey.
