• Yogurt (fresh)
• Butter
Garnish - Iskandar sauce
- Grill green chili
- Tomato ( wedge )
Procedure

• Put cut bread in to plate together with the fresh yogurt
• Grill to internal temperature of 75*C and above for food safety
• Place kebab on the top - Finish with garnish and serve
