  • Turkish bread (cube)
    • Yogurt (fresh)
    • Butter
    Garnish
  • Iskandar sauce
  • Grill green chili
  • Tomato ( wedge )
    Procedure
    240 grams (2 skewer)
    100 grams
    150 grams
    15 grams
    75 grams
    1 piece
    1 pieces
    • Put cut bread in to plate together with the fresh yogurt
    • Grill to internal temperature of 75*C and above for food safety
    • Place kebab on the top
  • Finish with garnish and serve
