Ingredient

• Pizza Dough

  • Spinach (CK Recipe)
  • Black Pepper
  • Salt
  • Butter (for sauté & brushing)
    Garnish
  • Sumac powder
  • Lemon wedge
  • Rocca leaves
    Procedure
    100 grams (2 tablespoon)
    1 pinch
    1 pinch
    1 tablespoon
    2 grams
    1 pic
    3 pieces leaves
    • Roll the dough to make a long sheet i.e. 60 cm long and 20 cm wide
  • Mix cheese, spinach filling and spread on the sheet and turn edges
    inside from width side to close the pide from top
  • Brush with laban/water mix, sprinkle sesame seeds and make 3
    small cuts to let steam out
  • After baking, brush edges with butter and diagonally cut into 7-8
    portions, top with parsley and serve on wooden platter
