Kumpir With Vegetable

    • Black Olives (Sliced)

  • Dill pickles
  • Butter
  • Mozzarella Cheese
    Procedure

    • Cover the potato with aluminum foil and bake in electric oven at 230*C
    for 30 minutes
  • Keep it in hot cabinet as prep for order
  • When order comes, take out potato and cut in middle lengthwise
  • Put 1 tablespoon melted butter and 20 grams cheese inside and mix
    with soft potato interior using spoon
  • Mix mayonnaise, carrots and peas and take 1 tablespoon of this mix
    and spread inside potato
    • Then put pickled cucumbers, olives and corn
  • Top with 100 grams cheese and bake in wood oven for 10-12 minutes
